Ordering Information




Delivery
Within Australia
We use TNT Express to deliver flasks of plants. Consignments of 5kg or less are sent by air express and larger ones by overnight road express. Small items such as Keikigrow products and Vent Spots are delivered by Australia Post.

Deliveries by TNT are charged as follows:
Air Express up to 3kg:  $12.00 + gst
Air Express up to 5kg:  $18.00 + gst
Road freight:   at cost price.

Deliveries by TNT can be tracked at anytime by logging on to www.tnt.com.au and entering the consignment note number which we will provide to you if requested.

Postage and packing cost is included for the book 'Pitcher Plants of the Americas' to Australian destinations.

International Deliveries

Delivery
We use TNT International Express to deliver most consignments of flasks of plants. As for domestic consignments by TNT, international ones can also be tracked at anytime by logging on to www.tnt.com.au and entering the consignment number which will be provided in your international documentation.
Small international consignments, generally less than 20kg cubic coverted at 167kg per cubic metre are delivered be Australia Post Express Courier International. These consignments can be tracked at anytime by logging on to auspost.com.au/track
I you wish to use your own courier please let us know the courier details and your customer number so that the courier can charge your account directly.

Phytosanitary Certificates
All international deliveries will need a phytosanitary certificate. Phytosanitary certificate inspections are carried out by the Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service (AQIS) and cost $104.00 per shipment.

Import Permits
Please contact your local authorities to determine if you require an import permit  or there are any other special requirement for importing plants in sterile culture. Please provide copies of import permits in sufficient time for them to be included with your consignment.

International Clients
Credit Card (VISA or Mastercard) Please supply the full name on the credit card, the card number, expiry date and the security code on the reverse of the card. For security please supply the first 8 digits of the card number in one email, the second eight in the second email and the expiry date and security code in the third email.
International bank draft in Australian dollars
Swift electronic funds transfer. Please add AU$20.00 to cover bank fee. Swift code CUSCAU25XXX Bank Account details will be provided when payment is required.
Business cheque in United States dollars from a major US bank. Please add AU$ 15.00 to cover currency conversion fee.

 Goods & Services Tax

Prices quoted are exclusive of GST which will need to be added to orders from Australian clients.
International clients are exempt from Australian GST.

GST is included for book sales.
